TLS ends at the ingress, so this service cannot inspect the certificate itself. If this page opened over https:// without a browser warning, the certificate is trusted and GitHub can deliver webhooks to /github/webhook.
Inspect the certificate that is actually served:
echo | openssl s_client -connect runners.savview.co:443 -servername runners.savview.co 2>/dev/null | openssl x509 -noout -subject -issuer -dates
The issuer must be a public CA such as Let's Encrypt. Kubernetes Ingress Controller Fake Certificate or a subject of ingress.local means no real certificate is installed yet.
